I Like It I use this along with Bilberry ( truth be told, I get the bilberry via good-n-natural) but this black currant from swansons greatly compliments the bilberry. Do a internet search on black currant and you'll find lots of literature. Swanson Black Currant I take this for the high GLA content. Usually, I take the oil form, but when it's not on sale I go for this. Very low price for what you are getting. If you can't afford the oil form, then give this a try! September 6, 2011
