Solid, label vague
I recently started taking Amla instead of Vitamin C supplements. This product seems to be an economical and effective alternative to competitors. One criticism: I wish the label had some disclosure of Vitamin C content.

Big pack little effect
I replaced this with the original Indian brand. Double effect for half the price (both oversee shipping). Didn't want to believe.

Amla Fruite
Foods high in natural Vitamin C with the co factors is extremely important to me. Many products are synthetic ascorbic acid and are not really vitamin C. They are made from corn and are difficult for the body use.

I heard this product can be taken in large doses, no threat of loose stools. Will update this review. In a few days use, so far very good.

Very Good Product
My wife found by taking Alma and Nattokinase she is having a good report with the doctor and is more econonmical because it's providing more combined health benefits.

Amla
I am very pleased with this product; as far as I can tell it is not "cut" with any filler material in order to increase profit margins (A practice some manufacturers engage in!), and I will continue to purchase it at Swansons.

Great value surprise.
I have been taking this product for 3 months at the recommendation of a newsletter. I was surprised to find this product at Swanson since it was an off-beat product. The price is much better than those sites recommended in the newsletter.

Nice Product!
I bought this for its many health benefits but was surprised by the energy it has given me.
Not sure what the person below is referring to. I showed this to an Indian friend of mine and he was impressed with the quality and potency. Just wish it didn't use magnesium stearate :(

Unbelieveable product!!
I started taking this supplement because I was looking for a better vitamin C. Well, this is it. My skin has never looked better, and my hair is fabulous. It also has greatly boosted my immune system. This is one of the best supplements I take. I'm so happy Swanson offers this with superior quality and price.

Great Vitamin
I love the amla vitamin. I always saw it as an ingredient in other vitamins for hair growth but I am happy to have the amla by itself.
