Excellent Value

Significant Part of my Weight Loss Program
I take Swanson's brand African Mango every day, along with Swanson's brand raspberry ketones. The raspberry ketones prompt my body to burn fat, while the mango limits my hunger pangs. Between the two products, since I started taking them about 6 months ago, I dropped from 254 to 226 lbs. My pants quit shrinking, and I've even tightened my belt a notch or two! That feels pretty darn good!

No longer always hungry
This stuff is great value, and I've found I'm no longer always hungry. It works to help re-set your leptin receptors so your brain gets the message when you're full and stops putting out the hunger signals. I no longer feel hungry all day, and am now working on breaking the last of the eating 'habit' by having water or a cuppa tea instead when I wander into the kitchen. Great stuff. :)

Works great
I take one a day with 1 Cissus Quadrulangus in the morning. I am not hungry and am not nervous like when drinking too much caffine. I have lost 9 pounds in 6 weeks by low calorie diet and exercise.Only side effect is dry slightly soar throat in morning. Drink lots of water.

Curbs my appetite
I have two eating responses to stress. Distraction eating when it is possible for me to do something about the situation or total loss of appetite when I am not able to do anything about the situation. The African Mango helps with the first by taking away the desire for distraction eating. While I am taking African Mango, I don't think about eating food. I am pleased with it. I think that must be at least one of the ways it helps you to lose weight, by just not eating so much. I don't take it all the time, only when I realize I am tripping to the fridge and cracker box too often.

took for weight loss claim but it did nothing I hit gym three or more time a week didnt lose a pound in over a month

Try, Fail
I bought the African Mango on a buy one get one free sale not really knowing much about them but hoping that they might help me loose a little weight. I took them as recommended but saw no weight loss results and had a weird re-occurring head ache in the time period I was taking them. After a little research I learned that a possible side affect to taking them (in addition of minimal if any results) is head aches, and dry mouth, GI complaints, sleep disturbance, and flu-like symptoms. It made me think about my head ache a little more so I tested it and stopped taking them for a couple of days. My reoccurring head ache went away and hasn't returned as I haven't resumed taking the remaining pills. They may help some but not this lady...

Wasn't For Me
Gave me that bubbly feeling in my stomach. Stopped taking it after a week or so. This product may work for others, just didn't work for me.

I received the product and opened the bottle and took it for the first time. Within one hour I had a very

Nothing Happened
I took this supplement faithfully for 60 straight days, until the pills were gone. I never noticed any effect at all. Funny thing was, after I stopped taking it, I started slowly losing weight. I was on the same diet and exercise regimen the entire time. It sure didn't work for me, unless it is a delayed reaction thing!

Kind of upsets my stomach
been having some stomach upset with this but if I eat some food and drink alot of water it seems to make it go away. other than that i have no complaints
