WARNING! tHIS PRODUCT CONTAINS GLUTEN
For those of you that are gluten sensitive, do not use this. I got a terrible gut ache from it and later confirmed through muscle testing that it in fact contains gluten.

Alternative to Elderberry Syrup
Elderberry syrup can get expensive after a while so I decided to try using elderberry in capsule form til the sunny dry weather returns. I am very satisfied because the capsule contains more of the active ingredients than you get in the syrup, without the sugar.

Best Help In Town
I have been taking an Elderberry cap each morning and evening for about three months now. I ran out of them and before I received my next shipment I noticed a decline in my overall health. I quickly ordered more and will not be without them again. Can't beat them for keeping you feeling healthy.

Elderberry
I love elderberry jelly, so I thought the caps would the way to go.
It's still a litle early to say how well they work , I have only been taking them a couple of weeks, I like to wait at least 90 days, I do feel better, but I am also trying many other supplements.
I do like your products and have not had any problems with Swanson. If you could ask me again in about 2 months I will give you a better evaluation.
