I've been taking this since my mid-forties. At 50+, it is definitely working for the youth properties. I have to be careful with doses as this in combination with other nutrients, makes me break out like a teenager.

ENERGY/HORMONE BOOSTER
This product may very well be the answer to boosting energy and assisting hormone synthisis. It seems to have surely helped me. This dosage size is convenient because I can increase or decrease dosage as needed. It is very economical compared to other brands.

Good, but not compatible with BPH
I have no doubt that this product is effective, but if you have BPH, be careful. I do, and the negative effects occurred within 24 hours. My BPH symptoms increased almost immediately.

Noticed a positive result
I am currently training to compete in a competition and focusing on building muscle. I have noticed muscle growth and better definition. I can't say for SURE that it's due to this supplement, however it really seems like I've had major changes since taking it (in conjunction with other supps, which I've reviewed on this site as well.) I will say that I am a female, and when I started taking it I noticed a little "shorter fuse" and it seemed like my acne increased slightly, but it seemed to decrease after taking for awhile.

No Napping Necessary!
A year ago my doctor advised me to begin taking a DHEA supplement. I've tried a few and have had the best response to this Swanson Premium brand and dose. I take one in the AM...it has helped me snap out of feeling grogginess during the day, without affecting sleep at night or having any negative side effects.
