stomach problems
I sent these to my son and daughter-in-law. I had already read other reviews, some of which said there were stomach related problems after taking these vitamins. I sent them anyway, and sure enough, my son can take them but they upset my daughter-in-law's stomach. For that reason I would not purchase them again. I've already asked if she takes them on a full stomach, with a full glass of water, etc. She does.

good product
I have found this product more convenient than all the other products I have tried so far, the price from Swanson Vitamins is incredibly reasonable , I used to pay much more for the same kind of product, I get a much better deal from Swanson vitamins.

Nauseating
I was really happy with the price and the vitamins and minerals they included, but nearly every time I take it I get nauseous. If I took it on an empty stomach in the morning, I felt really sick. I tried taking it when I ate, but it just delayed the sick feeling.

good for me not for other family members
I am taking this multivitamin twice a day with no problems, however, my husband and 19 yr old son cannot tolerate this vitamin and they only take it once a day. They both tried it after eating breakfast on different days eating different foods and both became very nauseated. They then tried it before eating and had the same results. My husband is now taking a different multivitamin and I had to go out today and get my son a different vitamin. I'm disappointed in this product but will continue taking it myself. Not really sure how to rate it because of their problems with it. I recommend buying a small bottle of it first.

Daily multi-vitamin & mineral
I normally take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement and decided to give this product a try.
I honestly can not say one way or the other if it is any better than any other vitamin of this type.

What a Bargain
This is a good combo of vitamins, all in one capsul. I really like the easy to digest capsul. I feel much better, more energetic after taking this vitamin, along with a good diet of course.

The best purchase I made
I have walked over 100 miles a month.
Then I quit taking vitamins and could
not walk from home to town and back
with out stopping to rest. About 4 miles.
Then I bought your Daily Multi-Vitamin &
Mineral Dietary Supplement and walked
that same 4 miles up to 4 times a day
with out stopping to rest.
The product works and the price is right.

Good value
I need a daily multivitamin. According to ConsumerLabs review, the Swanson brand is as good as most and for a very reasonable price. Why pay more for a famous name?
