Much better t-boosters available.
I didn't experience any strength or mass gains using this, even at higher doses. The only thing that seems to work for me is tribulus with a high concentration of protodioscin (the active constituent in tribulus responsible for increasing testosterone levels). Most of the stuff available only has about 10%-20% protodioscin - you need at least 40%+. And it needs to be taken with long jack (eurycoma longifolia) to help keep the testosterone free and unbound to maximize effectiveness and gains.

Great product at a good price
Read about this product at various Bodybuilding sites. Had a hard time locating it and ended up finding it at Swansons. I cycle it 12 days on and a week off. One jar made it through 2 plus cycles. I made good progress at the gym during this time and ordered a second container. It mixes up real easy and tastes ok. Recommended.

Satisfied So Far
I switched to this brand after taking another brand that I was very satisfied with becasue it saved me about $7 jar. Been taking this for about 3 weeks and is delivering good muscle mass as previous brand.
Also take with Chrysin and AKG in the moring on empty stomach. I don't work out much and still increasing muscles and energy. Going to try twinlab amino fuel as this is loaded with many amino acids.

READ THE LABEL AGAIN
I am sure this is a quality amino acid powder, or Swanson would not be selling it. My questions are: Is it necessary to take d-aspartic acid as a supplement since it is an endogenous amino acid that should be adequately produced by the body if the body has sufficient Omega 3s, 'Essential' Amino Acids, Magnesium, Zinc, and other vital minerals / nutritional factors. Does d-aspartic acid actually increase testosterone in humans as it is promoted to do? There is very little legitimate research on humans to validate this claim; most of the research was done on lab animals. Why is d-aspartic acid priced so high? The answer, of course, is that products promoting muscle / strength / physique building and other alleged testosterone benefits are always overpriced. . . . The high prices are charged and received, so whatcha gonna do? People are always dreaming about and longing for something miraculous and magical. Well, that ain't gonna happen.
There are more questions you and I can ask. However, what it boils down to for me is too much money for too little product that didn't produce any noticeable results. When the jar was empty, I found myself wondering if it had been filled fully and correctly. Then I read the label again and noticed that the contents was only 3.5 ounces. My mistake. Well, it was all used up almost immediately, and I won't be ordering more. I already get excellent results, with which I am more than satisfied, from my regular nutritional program. I had seen d-aspartic acid listed among Swanson's 'new products,' so I thought I'd try it. Okay, now I'm done with it.

Seems good so far
I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and my strength and energy seem to be increased. I will know more after about a month, but it seems to be working for me so far.

This is excellent aspartic acid, and will go well with juice. Taste is similar to citric acid but not bad at all. Really gives a boost. This is one of the few supplements that I've tried that actually does what it says and has good science behind it.

Natural Test Booster
DAA is used by bodybuilders and fitness athletes. 3g grams first thing in the morning is the standard dose used in many of the studies on this natural amino acid. Great for older male athletes-it really works. You need to cycle this a few weeks on and off. I use this with DIM and calcium -d glucarate. Great product at a great price.
