Great energy support, great price! It's a Powder Cap, Not a Soft Gel The price is very reasonable and 30 mg twice a day is a good dosage. But when I ordered it, I overlooked that it said 'cap'. When it comes to Co-Q-10, the soft gels have much better absorption. February 20, 2011
