Good... but like higher potency better
After reading the benefits of Colostrum, I decided to start off with Swanson's regular potency. I took 2 caps in the a.m. & 2 in the p.m.. Digestive benefits & immune improvement were noticed however, not wanting to take as many caps, I opted for Swanson's High Ig Colostrum & find them not only to be more convenient to take (I only take 2 caps daily), but a powerful immunue supporter. I recommend the regular strength for those who just want a "boost", but for those of us that need a little more help, I find the Higher Ig to be more beneficial, conveneient, and cost effective. Regardless, this is a great supplement.

More than just immune support !
I've been taking the 480mg Swanson Premium colostrum for many years - 3 caps in the morning and 3 in the evening. It has definately helped my immune system but the main reason I take it is for the benefit it has on my digestive tract. I can't get into specifics, but I will say this - YOU WON"T FIND A BETTER COLOSTRUM ANYWHERE ELSE ! ! ! I have been and will be taking this product for life ! Thankyou Swanson for offering affordable top quality products.
