TOO GRITTY
Unfortunately this product did not work for me. It was also very gritty and I could not tolerate the taste. Hopefully it will work for others.

This stuff WORKS!
I have been buying this product for a while now and I try to use it every single day. Though it is called "Colon Cleanse," it works as a great every day source of fiber and keeps my system moving. I highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't get enough fiber in their regular diet. It's great!

colon cleansing
i have purchase this product for 3month already and it does work, i cant believe how good it cleanse the colon, its amazaing. need to take morning and evening for it to be effective. i really recomend it.

Very Good Product
Have been using this for several years and find it easy on the system and effective. I usually add a serving to my morning banana,blueberry,strawberry protein smoothie. Would and have recommended this product to friends and family.

Awesome Product
I have found this product to be gentle, unintrusive in it's mission, and very effective. Have been using it for about 7 + years and keep recommending it to friends, etc. I swear by it as a way to keep things moving gently along and cleaned out.

Been using it for years
This is a good product. The extra fiber is great and has a pleasant taste. It gently does what it is supposed to do and I find it has a detoxification effect if taken regularly. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their digestion.

Great Stuff!
I have been using Swanson's Colon Cleansing Formula for a couple years. Have tried other products but always come back to this one. No need to get into the details. The product does exactly what is is intended to do. Has a great (maybe OK) taste and goes down easy. One scoop before bed works for me.

I did not find where this help me at all, if any-thing it constipated me. But then again everybody's body is different.

YOUR FINE MILLED PSYLLIUM HUSK IS A BETTER PRODUCT THEN THE COLON CLEANSING.
THE COLON CLEANSING DID NOT HELP ME.

Colon Cleansing Formula
I really like this product. I use it daily and within the hour I am having a bowel movement. I mix it with fruit juice, milk or water and it tastes great. I actually take it as my morning supplement. I would recommend this product to any one who needs more fiber in your daily diet.

The orange taste was good but the gritty taste was a little too unappealing. Yet I still use it as a cleanse when I feel it is needed.

Gentle & Refreshing
This formula cleanses gently and doesn't restrict me to my home (or close to a bathroom) as other colon cleansers I've tried. I feel refreshed since I have been using this product. In addition, It is the best tasting cleansing/fiber drink I've tried.

Nice combo
I take this for a little more fiber in my diet and the probiotics. It tastes great, not too sweet, and if it were (as one reviewer claimed), just use more water.

I wouldn't say this is the best product, but it works and helps me stay regular. I like the taste as well as the convenience of drinking my fiber.

Always had problems with being regular. Take a tabelspoon of this with your morning juice and your troubles will be over.

Great product!
The taste isn't bad and it really works. I used to go 3 to 5 days without a bowel movement, now I'm regular. I have one glassful before bed each night, and the next morning after my first cup of coffee it kicks in. I highly recommend this product.
