The Price Brings Me Back! The cost of providing nutritional supplements to my family can be very expensive. Thank you, Swanson, for making this cod liver oil so affordable for my family. As a child My mother feed us a spoonful of cod liver oil and I didn't mind the taste at all. She didn't give it to us every day but periodically. Now I think it is better to take one gel cap each week. I am going by guess and by golly. I have made it to an active 70 doing this. March 30, 2013

Excellently Simple Product I purchased Swanson cod liver oil in capsules for the lower end dose of vitamin A and vitamin D. I have chosen not to take a multivitamin because of specific preferences, and did not want to be without a source of vitamin A, but neither did I want very large amounts, as I eat a decent diet.
