Great Stuff
I used this product daily for 4 months, and I lost 55 lbs. I was also eating carefully and exercising and using other supplements as well, but I believe this made a positive impact.

great ingredients
I love this product. It helps keep my blood sugar in normal ranges. I used to feel terrible after eating a high sugar or carb meal. this helps me feel better, by helping my body metabolize all the sugars safely.

What a great combo product! These 3 ingredients are very effective for me as my lab results are terrific when I'm taking it, and not so good when I go off. Guess what I'll be taking every day???? For being a combo product, it is not a horse pill; just the standard sized capsule, so it is no harder to swallow than other supplements.

I,m Back
This is one product that I will always get from Sanson's The Cinnamon, Gymnema, Mulberry Complex has filled my needs in a superior fashion. I used to put cinnamon on almost everthing I ate. This is much easier. Thanks, again, Swansons, for a superior product

Good stuff
This is pretty good, but I found it was a tad slow. It still might work fine for a lot of you. I found the Swanson Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf worked better for what I wanted. Still, you can't deny the possible benefits of the mulberry and cinnamon.

Excellent Product
I bought this for the Gymnema content, but accepted it because I know that cinnamon is good for you too. Thanks to this product, I have kicked the Edy's French Silk ice cream obsession. It was a craving I couldn't seem to get away from. I can still taste sweetness just fine, but don't have the craving for it that I did before I started taking this. I'm very grateful to have found this.
