Watch out for burps I know that cilantro is a powerful part of a healthy arsenal of supplements. I take one of these a day, and I often burp up (ick) cilantro smelling burps after taking these. Also, the capsule sometimes gets stuck in my throat. However, the bother is minimal and I will continue to take these for the health benefits. February 20, 2013
I purchase this for my friend I prefer fresh cilantro, it is a healthy food. This is convenient if one doesn't have access to fresh. Organic would be nice.... January 3, 2012
