Wonderful product
Chamomile is such a wonderful thing to take before bed. About 30 min before want to fall asleep, and it is so easy to drift right off!! Love it!!!

relaxing herb
Chamomile is a classic herb with a calming effect. great before bed. I prefer this over the tea. Very effective taken with passion flower at night. It is also high in Apigenin a flavanoid that is an anti-oxidizer. A great herb at a great price,

It works.
This helps me fall asleep easily.
Most of the time all it takes is one.
Sometimes it takes as many as four.
I don't always want to drink a whole cup of tea (especially if I'm about to go to bed), so it's much more convenient.

Cheap and Effective

A great soother...
This Chamomile works as well as the tea. I still prefer the tea but one of these caps seems to be more than adequate to induce a pleasant relaxation for me.

good supplement choice
This seems to make daily life less hectic by
taking the edge off and it is much the better
choice if a cup of tea isn't in your daily routine.

My cup of tea

never liked drinking tea
I like black tea and sometimes green tea, but I really don't like to drink Chamomile tea.
So now I can get Chamomile without having to drink tons of the tea. Great price too. Take two or three if you are wound up at bedtime and it really helps.

surprised by the lack
I have used chamomile for most of my life, for the qualities it is already famous for, and thanks to Swansons i don't have to worry about finding it (NOT finding it) in local stores. Recently, though, i failed to notice i was running out of it. With only a few days to wait for my next order, i thought it would be interesting to see just how bad it could be without nightly chamomile. Not only did i have trouble sleeping, i completely lost my appetite! I thought i was going insane until i remembered i wasn't taking my chamomile.
I won't run out again!
