I use cats claw to help maintain my good health! I have been using cats claw for years and believe that by taking it daily (1,000 mg) has helped me maintain good health! I had been taking it for about a year (having to look for it at every drug store and finally a friend suggested Swanson) and I have been a loyal fan every since.
