My husband aged 96 takes this product regularly and has found it a great help to him in achieving regularity. He has not found anything else as effective.

yes, this does the job- though more capsules may need to be used for its effectiveness- but it works.

Not bad
The caps. aren't bad. They keep you some what regular, although I take multiple suppliments. When taken alone they are effective.

AN AMAZING HERB and WORKS GREAT
I have been using Cascara Sagrada to keep my colon healthy since I found out about it in 1992. For me, it works best taken with 7-Up, Sprite or Apple Juice, followed by 6-8 oz of water. It helps also to drink 3-4 more glasses of water throughout the day. It is a great waste eliminator.
It is not harsh, neither does it make me feel bloated or gassy. ABSOLUTELY GREAT PRODUCT!!

Excellent herb
Cascara Sagrada has been a safe and effective herb for many years. It is excellent for colon sluggishness. To avoid dependence I alternate this product with Senna.

Predictable and Reliable
Cascara Sagrada has become a part of my daily regimine for health. For me, Swanson's Cascara Sagrada is a gentle and effective in maintaining regularity. This product does just what it says and for me it's safe and sure. Thanks for a great product at a great value.

The product seemed to bind me up. My stools were soft but narrow. I was looking more for a laxative.
