Easy to swallow capsule in citrate form I have had great results with this product, and no problems whatsoever, when combined with Nutricology Magnesium Citrate, which is also in capsule form and offered by Swanson's at a great price. The problem with most calcium-magnesium combinations is they are not in the better-absorbed citrate form and they also come in huge chalky tablets that can get stuck in your throat. This easy to swallow capsule is the way to go. I take 3 calcium capsules to 1 magnesium capsule and I'm perfectly balanced. Thanks for offering this fine product, Swanson's -- it's working very well for me. February 5, 2011
