Unclear whether it had an effect ... I took this for a week to see if there were any effects and I can't conclusively tell you that I got results that would point to this as the reason for the change. April 28, 2012
Not as well known, but this works This herb is not as well known as some of the more famous (H***y Goat Weed, Tribulus, Maca), but it does have an effect on a man's body. One of things I like about it is that it isn't as harsh on my system as some of the above herbs, but it is still effective. Results are not immediate, but do show up over time. Giving it 4 stars because there are other suppliers that have this available as a more potent extract, and Swanson so far has not made that available. Also, dosage does not need to be limited to 1 per day, but needs individual adjustment. April 6, 2012
