Great alternative to the powder! I take 5 every morning, (equivalent to about 1/2 tablespoon powder more or less) for energy throughout the day. Great value This product was recommended for a daily supply of folic acid. Apparently it is assimilated more easily by the body than a folic acid supplement. My hubby takes one of these everyday. The pill is small and easy to swallow and does the job for pennies a day. April 26, 2013

Exactly as described I bought these to replace synthetic B-Supplements and I think that they do a pretty good job. Although, if you do not like the taste of yeast then don't buy these because they're in tab form and you get a good taste of yeast every time you take them. May 20, 2010
