black walnut This product was reccomended in the book "Be your own doctor" (great book)for polishing your teeth and it's GREAT.Open a capsule, put water on a new tooth brush and brush your teeth with it. It is black so you'll look funny but it works and it's cheap. November 22, 2012
Good cleansing herb I took it while cleansing, then later switched to cascara. Black walnut hulls are good for cleaning you on the inside. It's very convenient to take it in a capsule as it's very bitter. Please, be aware of any possible die-off (fatigue, malaise, etc). Also, note that Black Walnut Hulls lose potency if boiled as a tea, so capsules make it a perfect form to take. It's a good affordable convenient supplement. Thank you! October 3, 2012
