This works
I had taken black cohosh during perimenopause for hot flashes and it did a great job. I know longer needed it after an ablation, but now I am in menopause I am having hot flashes again. My Dr. recommended estroven. I tried it,but after 2 months the hot flashes were still pretty bad though better. I tried the black cohosh and the flashes are so much better. only a couple a day.

Bought this for menopause symptoms. Worked well for a couple of days, reducing the hot flashes along with Wild Yam and Evening Primrose Oil, then gave me a bad headache. Stopped taking this supplement and ordered Red Clover instead. I guess the concentration is too high, though the less may not be as effective.

Great product
This has really worked for me with my mood and my peri-menopause. This product is easy to swallow and is an excellent product for the price. I noticed an improvement with my overall mood and hot flashes within the first week! I have tried other products but found this one to be the most successful. Thank you!

Works to stop hot flashes
This product really stopped my hot flashes in its tracks. It took about 2 weeks for it to take effect, but it was amazing how effective it was. However, I started to gain weight after taking it. After researching black cohosh's side effects, I read that weight gain was a possibility. On the flip side, menopausal women are prone to weight gain bc of hormonal issues, so it's possible the black cohosh was not the true culprit.

Menopausal-Can't Do Without BC
I no longer have hot flashes and mood swings when I use this Black Cohosh. Take per directions and I hope you will have the same results. I had immediate results within a few days, but some people have to take it a month or so to get best results. Love It and Can't do Without it.

go to a store pay more, go here to Swansons, pay less get just as much for the money and more, tried both ways, just as effective. And i trust Swanson Products. Have for years. That is what they do, and they do it well for me. Works for my Mid Life Woman issues well this Black Cohosh, and for the money and Swanson Guarentee Well Worth to me.

It does what it says. I have used it and it works. The cost is by far the best I have purchased including the shipping charge. Any where else I have shopped is very expensive. One jar of 40 mg's anywhere else I shop is well over the cost of two jars with shipping through Swanson's at 540 mgs. Also, to know I don't have to drive around looking and comparing prices is awesome. Swanson makes my life so much more easier. And it will do that for anyone who uses their products. Thank-you, Lauri
