Got Superb Resutls if 800mg per day is ingested A competitor that also sells this product had an excellent write-up in which research showed that a dose of 800mg per day of Beta Sitosterol must be taken in order to achieve optimal results. That is the dosage that I take daily and I have had excellent results using this product. The competitor's product comes in a pill form which I dislike greatly since most pills do not get fully digested thus greatly reducing the product's effectiveness. I highly recommend this product if taken at the 800mg dosage. February 11, 2012

Effectiveness Unknown I did not notice any changes in my health but maybe that is normal. I might recommend this so that it could be tested by others but only if it was discounted a lot. July 19, 2010
