Great Product Non-Toxic Some people aren't aware that Vitamin "A" can be toxic when taken in excess; however, Beta Carotene is not. Beta Carotene is also not actually Vitamin A but our bodies convert it to Vitamin A with no worries about toxicity in any amount. I'm very please with this product. December 30, 2010
