Best B Complex!
This is by far the best B Complex for the best price out there! That's my opinion anyway. But, be prepared to have your urine almost glow in the dark! LOL It does work really well and it seems to work quickly. I would recommend it to anyone. Does a lot of great things!

does the job
Ok these have a strong odor, but that doesn't pose a problem for me.They definitely work well when taken with a meal. I usually take mine in the morning with breakfast and my energy lasts throughout the day.

Gives the added energy
I enjoy taking the B-50 complex because of the extra boost of energy it gives. I'm not as young as I used to be so I need the extra energy.

Not for me
This B-50 was not for me. I did not like the way it made me feel. Also it gave my urine a loud smell. I had to return it and go back to my pure encapsulation B-50 that my body performs exceptional with.

Very Strong
I've gotten these twice now and actually didn't intend to buy them the 2nd time. They are really potent and more than I think my body needs. So, I just take them every 2-3 days instead of every day. They have helped with my energy levels and with boosting my immune system.

Of Course is smells bad
I've taken Swanson's B50 for 8+yrs, more regularly now that I'm not eating well. I miss its' effects when I miss a day or take it too close to eating. A few discuss its aroma. My GrandMother told me many times about many healthy things; "It's good for you!". I guess I've taken it so much, I didn't realize it's so loud. I took a sniff just now. It's terrible, I don't think I'm going to take it anymore. Just kidding, it's good for me!

Swanson B-50
This one is a daily must for me! Perfect mix of B vitamins in one pill. I take it in the morning for the energy boost. Yes, it does have that 'smell' when you open the bottle, but it should, and it let's you know that you are getting a GOOD quality B vitamin pill! I've been taking this one from Swanson for YEARS, and I LOVE it!!

Very smelly
I always love Swanson's products, but this B-Complex had such a foul smell that it made it difficult to want to take it every day. I would recommend another brand of B-Complex solely on that problem alone. I also believe that this contains yeast, which, in my opinion, is never a good thing.

Would have given this all 5 leaves if the caps were smaller...for daily containers.

I like this B-50. I take them in the morning on an empty stomach along with Swansons MSM and swansons SAMe and feel great.

This is a good quality b vitamin. Not too much of the b's which can make some people jittery. It helps with energy levels.

More energy
I was struggling with low energy and decided to try a B-vitamin product and choose this one after researching. I'm very pleased with it and have recommended it to others.

sw beat local prices by far
sadly, New Zealand has not joined the price revolution in the recent decade. Local B vitamins in particular are up to 5x the Swansons price.
I still buy fish oil and vitamin C locally, but in general Swansons prices are much better.
The authoritative Swansons documentation is also very re-assuring.
One local product I havn't searched on Swansons is a Comfrey/St Johns Wort topical cream, which seems effective on skin. Possibly Swansons already have this...
