Really feel that taking B-complex helps with stress. Have tryed it several times now throughout the years and B-100 really helps. I take 2 whenever I feel like I'm getting stressed out, which is about 3 times a day at times.

Long time user
I have been buying vitamins from Swanson's for many years. One staple that I use is B Complex 100. I would not want to be without it. I am healthy, and energized and my immune system is very good. If I get stressed I can take larger doses and it takes me over the hump. I am totally satisfied with the service I get and the postage is always the same, so no surprises. PROVEN POWER
I just got back from the gas station up the street. I'm in there about 4 times a week getting my gas and/or lottery tickets. I have gotten to know the guy there over a couple of years, because he has a Masters Degree in Bio Chemistry from UCI, and he asks me lots of questions. We have a lot of good scientific discussions. (I know, it sounds goofy for a 43 year old guy with a Masters in Bio Chem to be running the gas station, but "ain't life interesting!") He was really dragging several months ago, so I told him about Swanson Health Products, I took him one of my Swanson Catalogs, and I mentioned that it appeared to me that he was in dire need of Swanson's Balance B-100, which I refer to as "My 3 O'Clock Slump Stuff." After extensive discussion, he said he wanted to try it. I was working on a Swanson order (as I always seem to be), so he asked me to order a bottle of 100 capsules for him to try. Turns out he loves it, doesn't want to go a day without it, and now is ordering it in the 300 size. Based on his work schedule, he takes 1 or 2 capsules each morning, and another 1 or 2 midway through his work day. He researches everything from a "text book" perspective, and he is totally satisfied with Swanson's Balance B-100 in every way. The Proof and The Truth are Powerful. I highly recommend Swanson's Balance B-100 often, not only for quality and results, but also because it costs 1/3 or less than that of a comparable top quality product at a health food or vitamin store.

I was taking this every other day but have recently began taking it daily since i am tired alot so I am just feeling the results. I love this product and recommend it highly. I only wish it were in a sublingual form to be more convenient because I hate taking pills otherwise this product gets an excellent rating from me.

They do the trick!
My husband and I use these daily. We have physical jobs and need our B vitamins. Swanson Brand B-100 Complex works great. We were using another brand but we decided to try this one and it does the job just as well. We make sure we always have it to hand.

Great Product
I ran out of my Swamson B-100's and went to the pharmacy and bought a bottle of another brand.. It was nasty! Capsules smelled very strong and were covered in spots. Never again. Your capsules are fresh and smell fine and I honestly believe they help. At age 72, I need all the help I can get!

I don't always remember to take them regularly - but that's on me. When I do, I find they help perfectly for when I'm flagging and work, for me, similarly to when I used to take a caffeine pill to keep going.
I've been off the caffeine for some yrs now, this is the first pick me up boost I've found.

Works Well
I have been very happy with this vitamin B. I felt a difference in my energy and endurance within a few days. I like that it's in capsule form, which feel I can absorb much better. I take it with food.

Why take B12 when you get B100
I like this since it is more than just B12 and saves me the trouble of taking other vitamins in addition to B12. I think this works well and is a lot more useful to you than any other B complex vitamins

Humpty-Dumptress
I take this B Combo after lunch, and it seems to help me get over that early afternoon slump where I feel fogged and worn down. I have tried other brands of a similar product and only one much more expensive brand gave me similar results while the others barely had an effect. Added Coconut Oil capsules and Vitamin D for the same reason and my results have been even better. I definitely feel the difference when I forget to take it.
