Best Quality and Price I've found!
There is not a better B-100 B-Complex supplement on the market PERIOD! Capsules are always the best and are absorbed effectively. Swanson's price on this particular supplement is 50-70% less than similar quality B-100 supplements out there.

I wouldn't be without my B'S. Sometimes I take extra of one of them and found good results. I take Biotin extra and notice my nails grow when I am consistent.

MY 3-O'CLOCK SLUMP STUFF
Throughout my lifetime I have taken top-of-the-line B-100 Complexes from all the top National Brands. I find Swanson's Balance B-100 Complex the equal of them all, and most of those cost at least 3 times this Swanson product's price. My B-Complex gets me through the day with no 3 o-clock slump. Gotta love it. Personally, I take 3 capsules every morning, because since all the B-Vitamins are used in so many ways and so many places throughout the body, I want to have plenty available for my every need. I regularly and enthusiastically recommend this fine product.

Great Product !
We have taken several different brands of B-100's. Some are packed into a solid pill that doesn't dissolve, but these capsules are the real deal. We have noticed an appreciable improvement in effectiveness, even better than "whole food" sources (which don't have as much vitamin B). The proof is in the product, & this one's the best I've found.

Thankful for B-100
My grandmother first told my mother, and my mother told me about taking B-complex vitamins to help during menopause....(or for stress of any kind, for that matter). And are they ever right!! I can be more patient, and feel more positive, with B vitamins. But I like taking just one or two pills a day, to get the amount I need! B-100 is just that supplement:):)

Encapsulated form!
Taking B vitamins is my least favorite part of our vitamin regimin. B vitamins have a strong smell and a disagreeable taste so when I saw these vitamins in a capsule form I ordered it right away. The smell is still there but you don't taste it going down when you swallow it. Make sure you take it with food because you won't burp up the taste once the capsule dissolves in your stomach. Capsules are better than tablets because they don't contain fillers and binders.
I found taking this in my morning dose of vitamins really boosts my energy and gives my day a great start. I don't recommend taking them at night because you might not be able to fall asleep easily. I take this with breakfast and my multivitamin with dinner since it already has some B vitamins in it.
Besides of increased energy, I've found my hair is healthier and my skin doesn't crack around my cuticles anymore. My husband also feels more energetic.

GOOD OVERALL B SUPPLEMENT
I take this B-100 supplement to cut down on the amount of pills I take in a day. This covers all the B vitamins plus extras. I do find that when I take this I have to eat something first or it upsets my stomach.

In to the Trash Can
B vitamins are vital, and I suppose should be supplemented, considering our degraded food. We took almost a whole bottle. Now we are trying to abide by the Warrior Diet. Ori says synthetic vitamins are cheap, but they kill your liver, especially Bs. Get whole food vitamins.
