Neat product. I bought this thinking it might up my libido, but I haven't noticed anything yet at one capsule daily, but every ones different--none the less, no side effects to speak of, so I feel its safe for me to take daily and who knows, since I been taking swansons products, I already feel, overall, a better sense of well being and this is included in my supplement arsenal.
