Active One without Iron Mini-Tabs I tried these because I wanted something that was easier to take and not a capsule. These are great! They also provide tremendous stamina and vibrancy throughout the day. I highly recommend these vitamins to anyone who has a tough time with capsules. May 15, 2013
Easy to take I bought these so I could spread my vitamin intake throughout the day instead of all at once. The recommended dose is six tablets, but I usually only take three a day because I eat a relatively balanced diet. Easy to swallow, good Swanson pricing, and I'd definitely buy them again. Tiny tab I always had difficult time for swallow big size tab, especially multivitamins is usually big size. So, when I found this, wanted try. This multivitamins tab is, really tiny size! I was so surprise that how tiny, and how much easy to swallow. Contains a lot of vitamins that I needed for my health, skin, and hair. I will buy some more. March 25, 2012
Small size. I have a good diet so I don't need to load up with mega-doses of vitamin pills. However, I do take a couple of these easy to take little guys every day just to make sure I'm getting what may be needed. The directions say to take 6 a day. September 5, 2010
Vitamin for the whole family! I love the small pill size that even my youngest son can swallow and the fact that you can adjust the dosage for each individual. We have not had any problems with upset stomach, but we take them with food. I stocked up when these were BOGO and it's a great value! August 20, 2010
Great product! I have a medical condition that makes it hard for me to swallow large pills; I love these. They have a slight minty taste too so if they don't go down right you don't have that icky vitamin taste in your mouth. I have lots of friends who can't swallow or who can't take big vitamins because it hurts their stomachs; I will be recommending these great vitamins to all of them :) June 20, 2010
Perfect size for children I've been giving these to my children since they can swallow small pills. I determine how many to give them based on their weight. Much better than most chewed children's vitamins since there is no sugar. No complaints from the kids about swallowing them either. December 30, 2009
TINY little pills Well balanced and easy to swallow -- I like these a lot better than the bigger versions, and they don’t upset my stomach. Be aware, though, that at 6 a day per person, this 180 pill bottle is a 15 day supply for a couple, so watch for their buy one get one free sales, and stock up! December 21, 2008
