Best Value in Activated Charcoal
I have been using their own brand of this product for many years. it has several uses and this product works well for all of them. The price is also excellent compared to other websites. Highly recommend.

Excellent Product
My wife HAS to have this on hand at all times. It's great for her PH level and it keeps her bowels feeling up to par.

Too constipating
Just one capsule a day was too much. It is very constipating. I had to return the unopened bottles.

NOW LESS EFFECTIVE
This product was very messy to handle prior to being coated. Then Swanson took it off the market for about 4-6 months to reformulate and coat. Now that it’s been coated its effectiveness unfortunately has been greatly diminished, now it requires additional dosing to realize the same previous result of less capsules. Our suggestion is for Swanson to offer two different varieties, one coated and one uncoated. We’d gladly deal with the minor inconvenience of a non-coated capsule to ensure an effective result with fewer capsules.

A Messy Product
The effectiveness of this product is excellent. However, my complaint is that the charcoal comes off the capsules and gets all over your hands and whatever else it touches. I had to dispose of most of the capsules into the trash and use another brand of charcoal.

recommend with a caveat
This product works well but the label should warn users to take it with a large glass of water or don't take it @ all. I learned that the hard way.

Another Great Product
My wife & I have been occasional users of charcoal tablets for years. I used to pay literally three times what I paid for this product. Amazingly, this product works even better than the far more expensive one. Thanks Swanson for another great product and price!
