Open and taste this capsule
What they say is true about Acai, however open and taste this capsule.
It is bland and sugary, like it was the left-over dregs after taking out the juice and anti-oxidants. All other Acai's that I have tasted have a distinctive strong flavor.

I like to add variety to my diet

Not what I was expecting...
Not really what I was expecting. There are more efficient products on Swanson. It doesn't seem to have the same effectiveness as other products. Great price though, so value is up there. Caps are big too.

What does Acai do
I take this for the antioxidants. Great price. No noticeable effects, but I'm in relatively great shape and watch what i eat and take.

Acai berry is effective
acai Berry has a good report from many nutritionist. We have just starte taking Swanson version of Acai berry. I am satisfied, but my wife feels that the last version of Acai Berry worked better. I believe this was a Natures Way product.

use acai as a dietary supplement to help control my appetite and seems to help. very well priced when compared to big box store.

I started taking Acai Berry 8 months ago... since that time I have lost 30 lbs - however - while acai berry might have helped in curving my appetite somewhat, my weight loss was mainly due to my own dietary change in what I eat (and was NOT eating).

Energizing
Since starting taking Acai Berry twice a day, I have found that I have more energy. I generally start getting fatigued around 3:00 p.m., but now find that I don't start getting fatigued until 4:00 p.m. I lay down and rest or nap each day and wake up refreshed! The only drawback it that it has to be taken twice daily.

Acai Berries
I read a lot about Acai berries and their antioxidant qualities, but was not prepared for the difference I felt almost immediately after trying my first dose from Swanson. A friend, who has dealt with Swanson for many years, recommended your company - and I intend to be a customer for years to come as well.
Nothing I have ever taken in the past has worked as effectively as the Acai berries and apparently your dosage is very effective.

Great Product
I have only been using this for a couple of weeks. I started it and had my husband do so as well. The bloating is gone!!!! My mother-in-law wants to know what I've done to my skin as it just glows, and everybody else wants to know how my husband and I slimmed down so quickly. I hate to tell you it was all water!! I love this stuff.

Acai - Amazing stuff!
I've been taking acai off and on for 2 years. The benefits are everything that has been described here, I've lost weight, younger looking skin, energy, etc., but the one thing that no one mentions is the amazing effect of this product on the brain. Suddenly my brain is in high gear and my thoughts are creative and organized now. Ideas just flow! And I never forget anything now. Between the physical energy increase and brain energy increase, it's surprising me what I can accomplish in a day now. I won't be without this product again. It's a keeper. (and the price? the best!)
