Rich, moist, meaty and flavorful is how I'd describe these. I could eat them like candy! Compared with the pathetic varieties I've attempted to buy in the stores, these were gem quality and, I thought, a very reasonable price. Enjoy!

Not up to par
These dates seemed to be fermented. The skin was a bit crunchy. I will not be purchasing them again.

Great, sweet, but please open before eating!
Every single one of these was great except one of them had an insect of some kind on it. IT DID NOT BOTHER ME....it was cut open so we caught it. The reason I don't mind, is that is why I eat organic. I know there are no chemicals, so there is always the chance of a bug. Just make sure you cut them open!

These are Great
My daughter loves to eat these for dessert. I just wish Swanson offered organic pitted dates, so I wouldn't have to remove the pits manually for her. But the taste is great.

Dried up old dates?
Old, dry, hard and not at all not flavorful. I would not purchase again.

Tasty
I'm hooked on these dates.They are sweet but not overwelming.I have researched other sites to perhaps get a better price but so far this is the cheapest.Remember,it has a pit,but it pops right out.

Fresh and Delicious!
These were wonderful, I will be buying more. A little costly, but it's nice to know that you can obtain quality here if you are willing to pay for it. Increasingly that is not the case in today's world, where other vendors and manufacturers are reducing quality significantly but continue to charge luxury prices. So buy these dates! They are delicious AND good for you, so NO GUILT!!!
