Hemp Oil
The Hemp Oil tastes great and easy to take. My Doctor suggested I get another oil added to my supplemental diet and so I have enjoyed the use of this oil. I am sure in the weeks ahead I will see tremendous benefits from the use of the Hemp oil. I have grown to enjoy adding it to my morning green smoothies.

yummy!
all these reviews on using it as a moisturizer... and here I'd been just using it in cooking! love this stuff on roasted vegetables -- gives a soft, earthy, nutty flavor. I wish there were different size bottles available, though. I have to divvy it up and share it with people, otherwise it will expire before I can use it all.

great selection of omegas
feeling of well being at a good price. hemp seed oil has so many good fats in proper ratios. I also eat hemp powder and hemp oil. good prices and good selection of hemp products.

Great product
I bought this product after reading about all of the benefits. It seems to be working so far and it's a great price. I either drink a little bit of it by itself or mix it in with water and apple cider vinegar for a healthy start to the day. Remember to refrigerate it after opening!

Hair and Skin
I mix essential oils with this oil and use it on my skin after I shower each morning. It is wonderful. Absorbs quickly and I add a couple of drops to my shampoo right before I massage it into my hair and WOW! does it ever make your hair healthy... Wouldn't be without it. I tried every oil you can think of in my hair and this is by far the best!!!

Great lotion.
I use it as an after-shower lotion, it absorbs more quickly than any other oil I've tried. It's certainly more economical than the water-based stuff on shelves.

Keeps Eyes Lubricated
As an ovo-lacto vegetarian, I just can't take fish oil. Yet I need a balance of omega acids. When I don't take any source of omega acids, my eyes get uncomfortably dry. When I take hempseed oil, my eyes become lubricated again. I don't like its taste as much as olive oil, so rather than putting it on food, I just take a large spoonful to get it down quickly. It's not bad, just not particularly tasty. But it works.

Wow, great price!
I bought Swanson Organic Hemp Seed Oil for skin care preparations. For such a thick, rich oil, it absorbs very quickly into the skin. The price of this organic oil is amazing.
I was also reading about how healthy this oil is to ingest and may try to use it with food in the future.
It is a perishable oil and should be refrigerated. In my skin care formulations, I always mix it with another carrier oil & vitamin E to help stabilize it.
I cannot speak for taste or internal health benefits, but in skin care it is a wonderful, nutritious oil and I would not hesitate to recommend it in this area.
