Great Purchase I was a little apprehensive about buying as I read reviews on other sites regarding the taste. I found that the taste wasn't that bad. I used this to cook meat and it left a nice flavor and a lovely color. I will use it in baking next. Considering the health benefits I think this is a wonderful product. September 16, 2012
My new favorite! I love love love the way it makes scrambled eggs taste! I whisk 1.5-2 tbsp. of red palm oil and some ground black pepper into 5-6 omega-3 eggs in a large bowl, then microwave for 4.5 minutes. It gives the eggs a great flavor and a nice rich color too. I ate this last night for dinner and it was so good I almost went back and made a 2nd batch. Delicious! July 27, 2012
