Swanson Certified Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil imparts a delicate to intense nutty flavor with exotic earthy tones. Although distinctively American by origin, pumpkin seed oil has been popular throughout Europe for centuries. This unusual oil is valued both for its unique flavor and its benefits, which are due primarily to its unique balance of omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids. Our Pumpkin Seed Oil is cold pressed to the highest standards, producing a fresh, flavorful oil that retains all the natural components. Because heat destroys the nutrient content of pumpkin seed oil, it's not recommended for direct stove top cooking.

Delicious I was very impressed with the wonderful flavor of this pumpkin seed oil. August 14, 2014
2 month expiration Old product. That's why it is onsale. December 9, 2013
Not The Best Quality I purchased PSO from an olive oil specialty store in the St. Louis area and it was amazing. The Swanson brand was not as viscous and was a much lighter color. There was very little flavor compared to the gourmet version. Now granted, the specialty shop price was ridiculous, but I will gladly pay more for a higher quality yield. I will not buy this again. This is the only Swanson product I would not recommend. December 6, 2013
Needs different cap. The product is fine and the price is fine. The cap on the other hand is a nightmare. The oil runs down off the cap making an oily mess. Have to keep paper town around bottle to catch run off from lid. September 11, 2013
Tasty Pleasant, mild taste. Superior to other brands. Use as a topping to enhance the taste of rice cake and puffed rice. September 9, 2013
Organic Pumpkin Oil I feel so good using this oil. I believe it is healthier than regular oils. It is easy to use. I especially like it on salads. August 29, 2013
Pumpkin Oil I take a tsp almost every day. I think it makes everything work better. My husband takes it because it is recommended for the prostate. August 22, 2013
Great Nut flavor Excellent product. Great tasting adds flavor to salds & other foods May 26, 2013
Sooo worth it Pumpkin seed oil tastes great in pumpkin muffins! Just use it instead of the olive oil. Wow what a difference. The health benefits are fantastic! September 29, 2011
Well Worth It! I am a huge pumpkin seed oil fan. An 8oz. bottle costs me $20 at our local health food store. I can get double the amount for the same cost through Swanson. I don't notice a difference in taste. The cap can be a little leaky, but that is a VERY small price to pay for getting double your money. If you haven't tried it before, PSO + Balsamic Vinegar makes a GREAT salad dressing! June 16, 2011
Great value Pumpkin seed oil is worth buying for two reasons. First of all it has numerous proven health benefits. Secondly, it has an amazingly good, and unique, flavor. Swanson offers the lowest price I've seen on this oil, and the quality is great. I highly recommend. June 9, 2011
Good on a salad This is a good product and at a good value. Don't fry with it though ! January 21, 2010
