CUMIN = CHILI
Ever wonder what makes Chili taste like Chili, instead of just a good 'stew' with a lot of yummy ingredients? Cumin is the Magic. (And a good amount of Apple Cider Vinegar brings it all to life.)
Swanson's Certified Organic Ground Cumin is excellent. As a real 'foodie,' I find a big difference in sources, qualities, and flavors of spices / seasonings. Quite a few are not only a waste of all the time and effort you put into your preparation, but their bad or weak flavor can really let you down and ruin the dish you are making.
This is good Cumin. Use it in lots of things besides just chili. You will find it to be amazingly and interestingly versatile and lively. I would never use a run-of-the-mill Cumin in my Aztec Chili, or anything else for that matter. I bought it because I wanted to try organic tastes great I put some in black beans gives it a wonderful taste before I was buying regular ground cumin won't go back.

Organic Cumin Ground
I used it as a seasoning for chicken, steak, pork chops, green vegtables, and beans, soups. I had no idea that it would make my food dishes taste so much better, I am very glad I purchased the seasoning.

This spice is delicious. Spicy but not hot. Really perks up food. Swansons is excellent. Highly recomend.

good quality for a low price
This seemed to be a good quality spice which adds a nice flavor to meats or mexican food. I would recommend it!
