Nicely Sweet
I enjoyed this sweetener. It's not as sweet tasting as some other darker agaves I've tried, so it leaves a more subtle taste then others. That being said, you still don't need to use a lot. It good if you want a touch of sweet in comparison to things like sugar or honey.
I especially love it in tea, as it accentuates the flavor but doesn't add overwhelming sweetness.
I also thing it tastes justa bit like maple syrup - a bonus for me!

Love it!
I love Agave Nectar and Swanson's Agave Nectar is of excellent quality. The fructose in Agave nectar is not the same at HFCS - a highly processed, unnatural product. Agave Nectar is fructose as found in other fruit-- fructose is fruit sugar. I love Agave and will continue to use it.

Need Larger quantity
I liked the 14 oz. Agave, but I'd prefer a larger bottle. Does this product come in a quart bottle. I used it everyday in my hot beverages.

Agave sweetener is pure fructose
If high fructose corn syrup is so bad, then why is pure fructose agave sweetener supposed to be better? That is what agave sweetener is: fructose syrup. It doesn't matter how "natural" it is. Swanson's quality and price are the best, as always, but they shouldn't be selling any agave sweeteners.
Use stevia, or if you don't have insulin resistance, you can sweeten with glucose/dextrose. Barley syrup and rice sweetener are essentially glucose syrups, but Swanson sells glucose powder, too. It tastes just like sucrose (regular table sugar), although it isn't quite as sweet.

Good Value
I have been using Agave Nectar for its flavor and other benefits such as not having the processing that table sugar has. The price is right and I love the quality.

This is the first time I've tried this product. I used it instead of sugar and honey. It tastes like syrup and does the trick of sweetening things up a bit. When baking with it, I decreased the liquid in the recipe a little to compensate.

Very nice
Very light taste, mild sweetening, if you want something syrupy sweet, this is not for you. I mix about two teaspoons in a regular 8 oz tea cup and find it sweet enough for my taste. Very nice product. Also good for giving a hint of sweetness to protein smoothies.

Love it!
I love this agave nectar, it easily mixes into anything, it is not thick like honey. I love honey also but this is easier to dissolve.
