Beetroot Juice, Certified Organic
good beet juice
I take beet juice because it helps my motility. I drink about 4 oz. at night in conjunction with 8 oz of beet juice made from powder in the morning which I also get from Swanson.com. Taste is fine. Texture can be a bit gritty but that doesn't bother me much and is reduced if you keep stirring it as you drink. I gave it a score of 4 instead of 5 because I think it's pricey compared to a brand I used to be able to get at a local store. But that got discontinued, and Swanson's beet juice is the best value I can find, now.

I prefer the organic beetroot juice than the non organic beetroot juice. It is better tasting, great quality and costs less. It definitely improved my health based on its purpose for taking this though I did increase the recommended daily dose.
Go for it!

Depends on the batch
I had purchased this so I wouldn't have to pull out the juicer to make apple, carrot, beet juice for my 91 yo mother; as I am already overworked.
Preparing vegetables for the juicing process is VERY time consuming.
Since I never had this juice before, I didn't know what to expect. The first time I got this juice, it was brown, sour and only had a faint beetroot flavor. I wrote it off to what happens in processing, which according to the Swanson product staff is the case.
When I received the second shipment, it looked and tasted like real beetroot juice and only had a slight tartness.
According to Swanson, the nutrition is the same. My mother prefers the red version. The brown sour one had to be disguised with a lot of carrot and apple juice for her to drink it, which kinda negates the pupose. The brown version gets one leaf, the red gets 5.

Quality Juice, Extremely Poor Dosage Guidelines
There is quite a bit of good research on beetroot juice. Upon reading the research in detail however, it became clear that in order to obtain the studied effects, you need to drink at least 1 to 2 cups (the amounts used in the studies). So this entire bottle really only gives you 2 to 4 servings at best, if you take the amount that is proven to be effective, making it extremely expensive.
