Swanson Homeopathy PMS/Menstrual Relief 100 Tabs

Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Agnus castus 4X, Belladonna 6X, Caulophyllum thalictroides 6X, Cimicifuga racemosa 4X, Cyclamen europaeum 4X, Ignatia amara 6X, Magnesia phosphorica 6X, Pulsatilla 4X, Veratrum album 6X, Zincum valerianicum 3X. Each 300 mg tablet contains as inactive ingredients: Lactose USP, magnesium stearate.

Dosage: Adult females 18 and over: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

WARNINGS: If symptoms persist or worsen, a physician should be consulted. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at room temperature. Did not work for me.. I have triend this for 2 cycles. I take it 3 times a day at the first sign of cramps. It has not helped with the cramps at all. I still have to take the dreaded ibuprofen for the cramps or I cannot function :-( April 12, 2013

LOVE IT! When I get cramps I take it and within 20mins its gone. When I get cranky I take it and it totally mellows me out. My husband asks me when I get cranky to take the pill, he's referring to this pill...lol WORKS and I absolutely LOVE IT. March 25, 2013

Not helpful I was hoping for more help to counteract the bloating I get every month. These pills didnt help that. as for the other PMS related issues - I didnt really notice any difference. I took 2 pill per day, and I must say I really disliked the taste - you have to dissolve them under your tongue. March 18, 2013

I feel much better! So far it's only been one opportunity to try it, but I found that if I took it the recommended three times a day, I had less cramping and it really improved my mood. The period itself was the same, but at least I wasn't biting anyone's head off. I started taking it about a week and a half before my period due to breast tenderness.
