Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Aconitum napellus 4X, Arnica montana, radix 6X, Bellis perennis 6X, Calendula officinalis 6X, Hamamelis virginiana 6X, Hypericum perforatum 6X, Ledum palustre 6X, Ruta graveolens 6X, Symphytum officinale 6X. Each 300 mg tablet contains as inactive ingredients: Lactose USP, magnesium stearate.

Dosage: Adults 18 and over: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. If symptoms persist, take 1 tablet every 30 minutes, not to exceed 12 tablets daily.

WARNINGS: If symptoms persist or worsen, a physician should be consulted. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. Store tightly closed at room temperature. Protect from light and moisture. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, contact a poison control center immediately.

It Works First time I tried it I was like this has got to be just a placebo...Well if it is then I have definitely relieved my own pain. I wanted it to last longer but any relief is good relief.
