Emotional Support
This basically gives you enough strength to say no to your cravings. It lessens my cravings and when I see something I normally find delicious, I just look and its just like "....nah" I tried this for the 1st time on halloween when I was on candy duty. I ended up not eating any candy which is a huge success for someone who has a sweet tooth. I just say give it a try, it will work if you work along with it, but that being said, it does most of the work for you ;D (well not the exercise part but the emotional aspect)

Wow! Love Them!
I agree with the other reviews on this page. I'm ultra-sensitive to everything and I have NO side effects from these tablets. They work to curb my hunger, how much I eat and my thoughts of food, I don't think about it at all!! Usually it's all I think about, so they are helping with that. I take one tablet 2-3 times a day, depends if I feel I need a third one, but 2 usually does the trick! I carry the bottle with me and pop one in my mouth and let it dissolve on my tongue, there no taste to them! Usually one at 7:30 a.m., another at 11:30 a.m. and a third if I need it. Usually I don't even want to eat after taking two and having had lunch and breakfast.
I love the price, but I agree with an above review about the S&P, it's the same price as the product. That's a tough pill to swallow, no pun intended!!

Like the Price. but not the shipping and handling
I am a compulsive eater, because I love food especially at night. Food is my comfort, but I am also over weight, But since taking Swanson Homeopathy Obesity & Appetite Control Tabs my apppetite is very much under control. I have to take 3 tabs twice a day in order to get the best results. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone who can't control their eating habits and is over weight from over eating. THEY REALLY WORKS!

Helps with hunger
These are really easy to take and they work too. I have to take 2 at a time to notice a difference. When I feel hungry before I go to bed and don't want to eat anything, I take 2 of these and they help me.

Mind Altering Thoughts, Taste
Taking this the first day calmed me in relation to food - taking 1 3x a day, altered my thoughts to food. Less thoughts of food, eating slower, tasting it more. Being with my family and friends is surrounded by food. I'm 175lbs and would suggest experimenting with 2, not 1 maybe 3 x3/day. These helped me think of the food less, eating slower, and take more home, eating less at a time.

Constipates!
I didnt seem to get any appetite controll.Other than constant constipation I didnt notice any change. Even adding apples for snacks, drinking lots of water and eating oatmeal for breakfast there was no relief untill i quit taking it. I'll have to find an alternate product to help curb my habitual eating habits; a magic pill that makes you forget about eating.LOL.

They Work!
I have started and stopped my weight loss journey many times. I always lost the battle due to absent minded, emotional eating. I finally found a natural solution to get my appetite under control. I take one tab immediately after my meal & voila! I experience little to no cravings until I am actually physically hungry!

its OK, i had to take 4
I had to take 4 at a time 2 times a day before i felt the effects of the product. plus it made me a little "pluged" up.

Seems to control appetit reasonably. It has helped with the "See Food Diet Syndrome" - that is, you see food, you eat it.

Product does what it claims to do
This little pill is just amazing.I have always had a problem with grazing and this helps control that.I have had no cravings either.Its a big help with losing weight.
The best part about this pill is that you can eat and enjoy your normal meal but you dont feel like getting a second helping.
It has no side effects.
