Hasn't helped me
This particular product unfortunately has not helped me, but I think I would still recommend others to try it. It is a good price and might work for them.

Seems to help
I wasn't sure if this worked, until I forgot it for a couple days. Yes I did notice an improvement in hot flashs and sleeping when taking this regularly. I have difficulty taking anything herbal due to allergies and asthma, so I gave this a try and am glad I did. I only gave it a 3 leaf for convenience because of having to take it sublingually. It is not distasteful, but I get impatient so it's really my issue, not the tablets!

I was hoping this poduct really delivered for my hotflashes and night sweats but it does not help like I need for it too but I will finish taking them and hope for better results. If not I will look for something better.

That list of menopause symptoms that only 10% of women suffer? I have them all and probably some that aren't on the list. Among them, the worst has been a crawling sensation on my legs which occurs about 2 days out of every month during which time sleep - and rest - is completely impossible. This formula stopped it completely. There is much more which I can not cover here. Take this. You'll be glad you did.

Best I Found
It took a while for this product to take effect but once it did it was of a great help to me. Most of the symptoms of menopause have been eased.

not hot for hot flashes
I was hoping that since the label says it helps night sweats that it would also work with hot flashes, which are my bane these days.
However, I am not troubled by night sweats so it's hard to say whether this product works for that. I will say that my mood has improved and I am less bothered by sleeplessness. Except that I take other products for those symptoms, so again, I can't swear by it. It certainly hasn't hurt.
