GREAT!!!!
I took a fall and hurt my muscles in my arm and leg.. i was told by a friend.. to buy this .. i cant say enough about these.. they are amazing!i was so skeptical but i am a true believer now!! i won't be without these..

I was riding my bicycle when my front tire blew while rounding a corner. Thankfully, I was going that fast. But with my shoes locked in to my pedals I landed on my right shoulder. The road rash wasn't the worst I've seen but the next morning I was so sore. A co-worker told me about taking Arnica for my muscle soreness. I purchased some from the health food store after work and was able to take two doses before bedtime. The next morning I felt great so I didn't take any more (Bad mistake). Long story short: I took it for the next five days and was fine after that. Now I take it after every time I do extra strenuous activity (use my chainsaw). Works great! (Age: 50)

Shoulder feels better

Easy Bruising...
Over the past four years, I have seen more and more episodes of easy bruising on my hands. I tried a number of products, but nothing was effective. Until Swanson Arnica Montana. Great and Recommended
I have a painful shoulder ache stemming from a weight lifting injury some years ago, which had gotten progressively worse. I am pleased to say my discomfort is completely alleviated by taking one arnica tablet under the tongue every morning. I go through the day and work out at the gym in the evening with no aches or pains whatsoever. A nice side effect is I don't bruise as easily either, which I am prone to do.
