Powerful Stuff
Since adding omega 7 to my current regimen, I have noticed having more energy which is especially important on longer arduous work days. This is unlike the effect of caffeine. It may be playing a role in my weight loss as well.

Delightful purchase
The ease of the product is : you take the product, primarily with a meal or right after so there is no slight (we're talking very minute) fishy taste.
The wonderful benefits we feel are, we have soft, beautiful skin, my nails are growing quickly, and my hair isn't so dry. I've noticed that my husbands laugh lines around his eyes have softened and are less noticeable.

great for your gums and skin
sea buckthorn oil is great for your gums and skin..you see the difference when using this..i like the caps..i did not like the taste of the oil..swanson always has what i need at a price i can afford

Sea Buckthorn oil
I am just beginning to take this. I am hopeful that I will get some help for skin, hair and nails. I will try it and if I like it I will look for larger size than 30 gel caps.

Omega 7--Sea Buckthorn Oil
I been taking omega-7 oil Sea buckthorn oil for about 6 or 9 months now. I notice my skin has cleared-up, and my skin tone has even out, I believe its helping with my weight loss too.

Beneficial For My Sensitive Skin!
I have been taking this product for about a year. I love how my skin looks. I believe this is a beneficial supplement with the omega-7 oil, from sea buckthorn oil. I keep the bottles in the fridge, as bottle suggests: refrigeration recommended. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I have not had any negatives from taking them.
When I reordered this time I noticed that the bright dark red-orange color of the pills is now a faint pink. This leaves me wondering if it is as beneficial and effective as before? I am only on my first bottle of six I purchased so I am hoping they are as good.

One of my daily supplements!
I take this daily because of the importance taking omega's. I chose omega 7 because of the benefits it has on sensitive tissues and beauty. This omega is also easy on the stomach. Although I don't feel any "different", I am confident that these supplements have played a role in my overall health improvement. I plan on taking these indefinitely. Highly recommend!

Great for Glowing Skin
After using this product for a month, I noticed my skin has a firmer, glowing appearance. My only complaint is that there are only 30 pills in the bottle-please make a larger size!

Very effective lubricant
A July 2010 Lee Swanson Research Update reported research on Sea Buckthorn oil for normal lubrication supporting eye health. I take four a day & I experienced just such a benefit after a few days of taking this product. I definitely recommend as a food that provides the needed building blocks and supplies the tissues what is needed for normal lubrication in many parts of the body - skin, eyes, etc. I agree with other reviewers about the need for a LARGER BOTTLE of this product, but the stuff is great!

DOES EVEN MORE THAN I EXPECTED
REALLY REALLY AN AWESOME PRODUCT! This is the omega that is the missing link! Lubricating effects are great and gives me quite a noticeable energy boost too! Try it, you will not be disappointed. I also wish it came in a bigger bottle as 1 bottle only lasts 1 month but the price is very reasonable compared to the other brands.

Fingernails Super Strong
I really like this supplement. My skin somehow looks better (can't really explain why) it just has a nicer glow. I noticed the biggest difference in my finger nails. They grew very long and were so strong that when I went to cut them, I had difficulty getting the clippers to clip them off! They were that strong! I will continue to use this supplement. I agree with the other reviewer who said she wished more capsules came in a bottle. Oh well, it is still a great buy and an awesome product.
