Oil blend
I purchased this to use in my skin care products
Have not had the occasion to get feed back from any clients yet
Hoping it does what the oils are supposed to do.

Bitter in taste
This product was extremely bitter in taste. I have taken complete EFA liquids from other manufacturers before but none of them had this taste. I am afraid that it was rancid by the time it got to me. Swanson refunded my money though, which was very nice.

A Good Product
I like this product. It is easy to ingest and I prefer it over the pill type. I put it on my salad or hot cereal. It has a nutty taste to it because of the flax seed. Before use, stir the contents that is settle on the bottom.

Tastes terrible!
If you can overlook the bitter taste and clumping problems, this is a good product and does what I expected it to do for my cardiovascular system.

Convienent and Effective
I like taking this. It includes all your essential EFAs in one bottle. Doesn't taste oily or any bad aftertaste. It goes down smooth and no fishy aftertaste. It's kind of thick, so you have to make sure to shake it well each time to get the lignan oil mixed in well, but goes down smooth.

Very Sensible
Since I use only liquid nutrition this is a very sensible choice for me . I have been using this daily for about 2 years . In tandem with Cod Liver Oil , I can be confident that I do daily get adequate levels of EFA'S derived from plant & animal sources also as a benefit are significant amounts of Vitamins A & D .

Good Stuff
I like this natural product. It's works very well for me in this cold, dry climate. A helpful hint, when you first open the bottle, take a chopstick and stir the contents of the bottle as the Lignans have settled to the bottom, once you do this, shaking the bottle vigorously is sufficient for mixing the contents.

Banish Dry skin FOREVER!!
A couple of tablespoons a day of this stuff gets rid of dry winter skin, helps with hangnails and dry cuticles and helps to put a lovely gloss on the hair. I don't have alligator skin in the winter anymore and I attribute it to this, eating avocados and using a lot of extra virgin olive oil in my food. You can't beat the price from Swansons, so buy two.

MONTHLY CYCLE
I have noticed since taking this product that my breast are no longer tender that time of month. My cramps are NOT as severe. Excellent product. TWO THUMBS UP!!

I LOVE SWANSON
I love Swanson's products, including EFA Complete, and I tell everyone. I've used these products for years and they must be working because I am 70 and everyone always guesses my age in the 50's. I've taken apart the capsules and compared them with really expensive products. Swanson's is the real deal with unbelievably low prices and excellent service.
