I can really tell a difference when I'm taking the coconut oil capsules. I take 2 after lunch to help with energy also helps my bowels moving.

This product is Awesome as the title I provided states! The price is right. You can take it internally or pinch the capsule open to use the oil on skin, face...etc... It is smooth and smells good.

Coconut oil softgels
After trying fish oil on my husband for 18 months with minimal results, I switched to 2 daily coconut oil softgels with good results within 4 months. I monitor because I am a nurse. Easy to take
I tried the coconut oil in a jar and am unable to eat like they suggest in my oatmeal (too oily). The capsules are SO much easier to take. I have not noticed any effectiveness yet just much easier to take this way and know it's good for me. Would be nice if it helped my fatigue. Have only been on it 2 weeks.

Good Product
I have only taken this supplement for a couple of weeks. I hear really good things about it. I also use coconut oil for everything. I was just taking a table spoon of it. But thought this would be easier. So far so good.

One of my most favorite products ever. It is good for a day of energy . Athough I take it because I know it's healthy, it makes me literally cheerful when I take it. Sometimes I use it for my hair also. Makes it so soft and strong.

Coconutterriffic!
I like this specific form of coconut oil, because I hopefully can reap some of the benefits of coconut oil without having to take the messier form. Sure, I cannot really taste the coconut flavor, but I am taking the pill form for the speed and the health benefits, not flavor. If you want flavor with the health benefits, I reccommend getting some of the organic solid coconut oil that comes in a jar, or just plain buy or find a coconut. I by the way, do not know how healty coconut shreds are, but those sure taste good, at least to me.
Bottom line: I reccommend these pills if you want to reap some of the benefits of coconut oil, don't want to take a lot of time getting them, and don't mind not really tasting the coconut oil.
