Great source of GLA. I have not found a better price on Black Currant Seed oil anywhere. I only wish it came in bigger bottles!

Multiple benefit supplement
I like the Black Currant Seed Oil because it helps with hair growth and provides omega 3 and antioxident benefits all in one capsule. I think this is a great product.

Can't tell yet
To be honest I can't tell a difference yet. I don't know if it's doing what it's supposed to do. I did receive it in a very timely manner. Can't complain about that! I think I need more time to tell if it's working.

Pleasantly surprised
My hairdresser told me that some of her customers were having good luck with taking Black Currant for their hair. Since my hair is very thin and fine I ordered these. I take 2 morning and night and she said that my hair is much easier to style now. The big surprise is with my vision. I am able to see better in the dark and my eyes acclimate better going from dark to light. They are a good size, too. I'll definitely be getting them regularly.

Dry Skin Be Gone!
If you have dry skin, try this twice a day for 3 months. I did, and my skin has been transformed. No longer do I need to take body lotion "baths" after every shower. Try it for 3 months--if it doesn't help you - well give it up!

Dry Eyes
In
a newsletter from Dr.Blaylock he recommended evening primrose oil and
fish oil to relieve dry eyes. Instead of primrose oil I chose black
current oil since it also has GLA. Now my eyes feel normal again. I
wear contact lens so I'll always use black currant oil for my eye health.

Very Happy with this product
I am very pleased with this product and like the high GLA contents...it's like butter to the nerves in my feet...and no smell. This product is on my favs.

Black current seed oil is recommended for hair health. Swanson has a good price for a good product.
