Restfull Sleep

Excellent Product
We really like this sleep formula because it contains 3 mg. of Melatonin along with several herbs that are calming and promote sleep. It is very convenient to be able to take all of these ingrediants in one capsule, as opposed to taking several!

Best combination
I have tried and compared other products with same/similar ingredients. Most were more expensive. None were as effective.

Great Product
After having tried just about everything on the market, I have finally found a product that lets me get some quality sleep at night. Instead of getting up every hour, I can now sleep for at least 4 hours between wake ups. I am so glad I purchased this product and would highly recommend it.

Very Helpful
I am a nightowl. I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep, but do not want to take any heavy-duty, habit-forming drugs. This has everything in one capsule and really does a very nice job.

Very Helpful
We take magnesium orotate, calcium orotate, and sleep essentials before retiring for the night along with digestion essentials. Adding the sleep essentials to this mix was very helpful in a deep, restorative sleep. Never feel groggy in the morning. I read with interest the dreams someone experienced with Sleep Essentials. Can't say as I have noticed increased dreams with SE, but that was the big reason we only took melatonin for a very short time. Totally weird, very upsetting dreams. Everyone is different. If this doesn't upset you with dreams, I think it will help you capture the refreshing sleep you seek.

SO glad I found this one
I am 66 and was dealing with a alot of sleepless nights. Sleep Essentials has the right combination for my system. I take 2 almot every night, sleep the entire night and am fully refreshed in the morning.No druggie feeling. I am grateful

Wonderful!

Sleep Essentials
This product does help you get to sleep, and stay asleep but I had so many weird dreams about people, and incidents from my past that I was
weirded out when I woke up. I only tried it the one time, and that was enough for me. I would never try this product again. This is just my personal view on this product, and I'm sure that it has a different effect on everyone else.

Works
Go to sleep fairly quickly and sleep all night - no morning hangover. They seem to work. Cheap enough to try.

Doesn't help
I've tried this on it's own, and in combination with the Triple-Strength Melatonin. Both cases do not even make me drowsy, and cannot put me to sleep once I go to bed. Used for a month, ineffective for me in it's claims. Ok, I tried it once. Not for me.

Great sleep and rest
I have used Sleep Essentials for a number of years and have found it the best for helping me to obtain a good sleep on nights I have a problem going to sleep. Within an hour after taking a dose of Sleep Essentials I go to sleep and wakeup at my usual waking time in the morning rested and ready to get up. It is the most natural remedy for those times when I have a hard time getting to sleep.

I love these!
I absolutely love Swanson's Sleep Essentials. I take these around 30 minutes to an hour before I want to go to sleep, and they help relax me and get me ready for bed. They don't make me feel dopey, and I never have any problems getting up in the morning...there is no sluggish after affect. I would recommend these to anyone who has a tough time going to bed or if you just want something to help you wind down in the evening. I just love them!

Sleep like a baby
Take it 15 minutes before you really want to go to sleep, because it works that fast. No morning hangovers either. Some dreams but some are GOOD.
