Better than Saw Palmetto alone
I used to take many Saw Palmetto caps daily, but found that just 2 Prostate Essentials capsules daily gave me results that were as good or better, and were definitely more convenient to use. It also seems to have a synergistic formula that includes several ingredients known to be beneficial to the prostate. Beta Sitosterol, which is touted on a tv brand, is also included, but I'm glad it is not too high a dosage, because I've read this can created unwanted side-effects.
Taking prostate supplements has definitely helped. I had to stop them for a few days for an operation, and I really noticed the difference, so I plan on always having them on hand.

Beats most expensive I have purchased
In the past I have use a number of products that are very high priced that came with a "doctors recommendation". This product works better fo me than any used previously at a much reduced cost.

Works great
Like the added ginseng that makes it different and give a little energy boost. I stopped using the ones that had selenium and lycopene cause one of those was irritating my stomach.

Great Relief
I have used this product for 20yrs and when I go for the prostate checkup the doctor tells me, I`m like a 20yr old at age 65 I can`t complain to much.I believe this is what keeps everything running smooth.
