Great for those big meals
This product is great for those big meals to digest so you can absorb the carbs, protein and fats from the food you eat. I think it goes through my system much faster with this product. The only downside I would say about this product is the smell but overall its a great product for the price.

Won't Be Without!!
My family has used this product for about 10 yrs., maybe more. If l could have only one supplement, this would be it! This formula has been far more effective than other products designed for the same issue and costing two, three times or more the price of this one! I have shared this product with many friends over the years, and all have been favorably impressed.

Great Digestive Solution
I started taking this about 2 months ago and found that my bowl movements are more frequent and look much better than the loose stools I used to have.

It's a good product, it has lead me to a better health path for an overall GI support.
However, to see greater improvements I had to introduce an enzyme support as well.

Can't eat without it
My family and myself have been using this product for over 3 years now. We do not allow ourselves to eat any cooked or processed food without taking 2 caplets before we eat. It helps breaking down the food so our body can utilize it faster. I will not be without my Enzymes. Thanks to Swanson family line of products, I am getting healthier as I age gracefully.

Good product
Good product. If taken before a meal you don't feel bloated or uncomfortable when you are done eating. They give relief from digestive discomfort if taken as directed. The product works.

Just like Grandma used.
I myself have used this product daily now for over 5 years with great results. The combination of Ginger, Cayenne, Licorice and other are what Granny used to give me as a boy, so that my food would agree with me and help me to grow up big and strong.
Her's worked then, this works now at 60 yrs old. I can eat any kind of food without worry of burps or much gas.
And the calcium in it! I have read that we all need more of that!

Less Gas/ indigestion!
I ordered a bottle for my niece, and decided to give them a try myself. I generally eat healthy foods, but not much meat. I have found taking 1 or 2 of these with high protein meals like beans or eggs, reduces the amount of gas usually created by those meals. Not quite "Beano", but a definite improvement!
