The jury is still out
The label says the suggested use is 2caps 3x per day,I find its way too much for me. When i take more than 2caps a day,I find it makes me jittery, I stopped and started it again with the same results,maybe I'm sensitive to the cayenne pepper,but as long as i use only 1 or the most 2 caps a day no adverse affects. I'm still experimenting with it for overall benefits.

Follow the directions
I foolishly took these on an empty stomach and could feel and taste the very potent cayenne, garlic blend as it dissolved. I now take on a full stomach as the label suggests.

A very effective combo
There are so many herbs and supplements that affect circulation. I want to benefit from as many as I can without having to buy and take so much. Great combination
I've been sizing down my husband and my supplements not only for cost but also for convenience. By using this combination, it has saved us from having to buy at least 4-5 other vitamins/herbs. We have been very pleased with this product.
